What is Chakra Singing Bowl?

Chakra singing bowls are bowls that have specific tones which are targeted towards healing and balancing particular chakras. Different singing bowls give out varying sounds and so their vibrations differ too.
The sounds and vibrations generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promotes healing and helps relieve stress, disorders, pain, depression, etc. The range of sounds produced by bowls help in restoring vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.  Unique tones produced by chakra singing bowls affect different chakras and creates the perfect state for deep meditation and creative thinking. 

Chakras are the psychoactive energy centers in the human body. These are directly associated with our physical, mental and emotional health. There are many chakras in the human body but only seven of them constitute the main energy centers. The physical manifestation of each chakra is through specific glands/nerves in the endocrine system and the nervous system. An imbalance in the chakras is expressed through these systems resulting in physical and internal illness.

First chakra requires a Note C bowl and is used for the 1st/ Muldhara/Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine. Second chakra requires a Note D bowl and is used for the 2nd/ Swadhistana/Navel Chakra, located below the navel (near the belly button). The Third chakra requires a Note E bowl and is used for the 3rd/ Manipura/Solar Plexus Chakra, located near the diaphragm. The fourth chakra requires a Note F Bowl and is used for the 4rth/Anahata/Heart Chakra, located near the heart. The fifth chakra requires a Note G bowl and is used for the 5th/ Vishuddha/Throat Chakra, located on the throat. The sixth chakra requires a Note A bowl and is used for the 6th/Ajna/Third Eye Chakra located at the lower forehead. The seventh chakra requires a Note B bowl and is used for the 7th/Sahasrara/ Crown Chakra located on top of the head.
